About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, and ensure satisfaction with products and services
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
  • Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability
  • Contact customers to schedule pre-site, delivery, and installation events
  • Update the Installation Calendar with pertinent job conditions
  • Track and record installations by product type
  • Receive and process pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, pictures, and invoices
  • Provide formal and final pricing to customers for requested services
  • Serve as point of contact for questions, concerns, and complaints
  • Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
