About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support outside sales activity within an assigned territory, including customer visits, project tracking, and opportunity development
- Learn and apply Geo Stormwater product knowledge across stormwater, geosynthetics, and specialty applications
- Identify project opportunities through ConstructConnect searches, DOT lettings review, contractor vetting and market research, and project back-up identification (PBI)
- Participate in territory planning and market presence strategies
- Use CRM and estimating tools to support sales execution and pipeline management
- Build foundational relationships with contractors, engineers, and internal partners
- Progressively assume increased responsibility as training milestones are completed
- Complete structured, multi-phase onboarding and learning curriculum
- Receive direct learning and coaching from experienced sales and product experts
- Develop knowledge of Solmax and Tensar product lines, market intelligence, contractor strategy, DOT processes, and Own Brand products
- Progress toward autonomous Outside Sales responsibilities and expanded territory responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, construction management, engineering, or related field a plus)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (sales, construction, engineering, internships, or related exposure)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in technical sales and relationship‑based selling
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to work in a field‑based sales environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred
- Recent college graduate or early-career candidate
- Proficiency or ability to learn Salesforce, Trilogie, Planswift, and Geo product and application platforms
