About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in-store marketing execution, including displays, merchandising, and promotional setups
  • Build and maintain relationships with store staff and retail partners
  • Conduct budtender training on Fernway products, promotions, and selling points
  • Manage and track retail store incentive programs
  • Set up, refresh, and maintain product displays to brand standards
  • Assist with in-store promotions and product launches
  • Manage inventory and distribution of swag and promotional materials
  • Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and pop-ups, including logistics, setup, and breakdown
  • Collaborate with the commercial sales team and retail partners to align field marketing with sales objectives
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with state and local cannabis regulations
  • Work Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: flex office/field days for pop-ups, marketing materials, retail partner meetings, and account maintenance
  • Thursday through Saturday: field days focused on visual merchandising, pop-ups, events, and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, event planning, or a similar role
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Highly approachable and team-oriented personality
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for execution
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and/or other CRM platforms
  • Social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to travel to retail locations and events as needed throughout the greater valley
  • Comfortable with technology and various marketing tools
