Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Caring, authentic, trusted client advisor with passion for style
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
  • Powerful communication skills, personal care, and empathy
  • Mastery of storytelling and engaging questions
  • Innovative approach and willingness to grow and learn
  • Computer knowledge to track inventory
  • Proficient English language skills; knowledge of a second language preferred
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred; luxury retail experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask, remain attentive to customers, and adapt to business needs
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently
  • Ability to regularly stand and perform extended periods of moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and carrying
  • Ability to occasionally stoop, sit, kneel, crouch, and climb step stools
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends based on store needs
