About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with supply partners at all levels, fostering open communication and collaboration
- Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency for new and existing partners
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partners' challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are delivered efficiently, based on partner needs and market trends
- Proactively identify and research potential new partners within the ferry industry, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Analyze partner performance data and share insights to help partners grow their business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years in Account Management or Partner Success roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Travel & Ferry Industry ecosystem is a plus
- Ability to travel, meet partners, and attend industry events
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaborative settings and takes ownership of outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Collaborative and passionate team player
- Native in English; extra languages are considered a plus (German highly preferred)
