About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and manage capacity within the assigned Value Stream
- Monitor performance trends and take corrective actions to address deviations in people and line performance
- Ensure availability of required resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production and logistics operations using Lean and OPEX methodologies
- Continuously improve the organization of production/logistics lines in the Value Stream using OPEX tools
- Inspire and motivate workers and direct-reporting staff through leading by example and good management culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production and/or logistics operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing blue-collar team leaders
- Experience in 5S, LEAN Manufacturing tools, and OPEX methods
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Good SAP knowledge
- Experience in tracking and controlling complex interconnections and relationships related to value flows/supply chains
- Competence in quality management and control methods
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
