About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director, SRM Operations, to ensure team needs and requirements are met
  • Process consultant agreements and manage associated invoices
  • Provide administrative support to SRM leadership, including meeting and conference room planning, scheduling, limited travel support, and expense preparation or processing
  • Maintain operational trackers, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Compile, format, and quality-check information, metrics, and data for reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership updates
  • Maintain SharePoint channels, shared folders, templates, team records, onboarding materials, and version-controlled documents
  • Maintain team distribution lists, Teams/SharePoint channels, calendars, announcements, and routine communications tools
  • Own the SRM onboarding process for new employees
  • Fulfill administrative and special project duties as assigned
  • Provide administrative surge support for SRM as time allows
  • Work under the supervision of an Associate Director, with increasing independent responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates Degree or International Equivalent in Business Administration or Related Field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience supporting team operations
  • Experience in a matrixed environment a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to manage competing requests, clarify priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and follow through accurately in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Ability to provide answers to requests for general information
  • Ability to record and document information accurately
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and attention to confidentiality
  • Ability to recognize, define, and resolve non-standard problems using operating procedures, practices, and established precedents
  • Ability to resolve recurring issues and problems as well as some unique situations
  • Ability to anticipate problems and develop recommendations for management resolution
  • Must share FHI 360’s safeguarding commitment and sign the code of conduct
  • Subject to reference, criminal record, terrorism finance, and misconduct disclosure screening checks
