About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives and concurrent projects
- Maintain roadmaps, plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics across the full lifecycle
- Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive sponsors
- Identify opportunities, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate cross-functional discussions
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, DTT, and technical subject matter experts
- Monitor status, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues, applying corrective actions
- Ensure governance, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and methodology alignment
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, external service providers, deliverables, and performance
- Maintain project/program documentation, reporting, schedules, forecasts, and communication plans
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and program management practices
- Manage and coordinate resources across a matrixed organization
- Provide teams with direction, feedback, and recognition
- Mentor project managers, analysts, and other team members
- Contribute to staff development, recruitment, proposals, and organizational initiatives
- Present options and recommendations to leadership regarding scope, schedule, resources, and investments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience with project management and managing IT systems and programs
- Proficiency with software development life cycle
- Experience with third party software analysis and selection
- Knowledge of ITIL, CMMi, or other structured software implementation standards
- Experience with portfolio governance, vendor management, strategic planning, and enterprise systems roadmaps
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
- Expertise in program, portfolio, and governance management
- Knowledge of organizational change management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate complex technical and business information into actionable recommendations
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Prosci, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Understanding of Costpoint Deltek, Workday, Salesforce, and Jira preferred
- Ability to work in a typical office environment and use computer/keyboard for extended periods
- Ability to lift/move up to 5 lbs.
- Willingness to travel 10%
- Must complete appropriate screening checks, including reference, criminal record, and terrorism finance checks
- Must sign the FHI 360 code of conduct
