About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide proactive and effective management of trust real estate and other special assets for the Private Bank
  • Manage a geographically dispersed portfolio of 50–100 mostly residential properties
  • Coordinate all aspects of property management within dynamic administration, service and new business environments
  • Lead oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of trust real estate
  • Communicate with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, third-party managers and other service providers
  • Oversee renovations, modifications and repair projects from design through completion
  • Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court, if necessary
  • Identify, assess, manage, monitor and report risks
  • Follow bank policies and procedures and support positive customer experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Real estate salesperson license or completing course work for license
  • Minimum of five years work-related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organization skills for multi-tasking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
