About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of the top 10% revenue-generating Commercial Division clients
  • Serve as Treasury Management relationship ambassador and primary point of contact for incidents, analytics, escalations, implementation, troubleshooting, assessment and resolution
  • Use Treasury Management data analytics to improve retention, optimize revenue and deepen client relationships
  • Recommend additional services and assess client viability for Treasury Management services
  • Demonstrate leadership, drive behavior changes and operate as a seasoned/tenured Client Advisor in a player/coach capacity
  • Manage team escalations with limited oversight
  • Train, mentor and coach newly onboarded Client Advisors
  • Manage critical client communications through touchpoints, strategic outreach and Treasury Management relationship reviews
  • Track participation and call reports
  • Monitor client OSAT interviews and use feedback to deliver a best-in-class client experience
  • Provide expedited, timely responses within service-level agreements and close the loop on client requests
  • Drive problem resolution and escalate through defined Client Care, Relationship and Operations channels
  • Complete periodic client document reviews and ensure materials are current, accurate and properly recorded
  • Manage bank and client risk associated with high-risk transactions such as wires and overdrafts
  • Collaborate across lines of business and with Sales partners to support RFPs and relationship reviews
  • Identify and engage Implementation resources for Treasury Management additions, changes and deletions
  • Participate in new client implementations, kickoff meetings and ongoing project calls
  • Review implementation documentation and account information for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure flawless service and product implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years banking experience preferred, including Commercial Bank experience
  • 3 or more years demonstrated client service experience preferred
  • Treasury Management products and services knowledge
  • Commercial account structure knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to filter and analyze information/processes to facilitate decision-making and enhance client relationships
  • Ability to cope with complex, uncertain, ambiguous, high-pressure situations and adapt to new circumstances
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and influence a positive outcome
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to leverage internal systems for problem resolution
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, including OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Some travel required
