About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities through program completion
- Complete the Consultative Selling Skills Certification
- Develop Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through memorable customer experiences
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions through consultative selling
- Develop an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments and banker assignments
- Source, develop, coach, and lead a team reinforcing core values and business strategies
- Collaborate proactively with business partners to cultivate a One Bank culture
- Participate in activities benefiting served communities
- Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies
- Assist with employee feedback, development, career growth, and recognition
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
