About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies
  • Review and interpret trust documents, monitor account activity, and ensure transaction and record accuracy
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and advisors
  • Ensure adherence to fiduciary, legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Address client requests and account issues, including special distributions and fee inquiries
  • Oversee account openings and closings, documentation, asset transfers, income/principal classification, and tax reporting coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and centers of influence
  • Support new business development through referrals, partner participation, and client relationship expansion
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7 years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or related experience
  • Understanding of trust administration principles, governing documents, and fiduciary responsibilities
  • Ability to effectively manage client and advisor relationships
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Ability to monitor accounts, review transactions, and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Clear and professional interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Intermediate proficiency in relationship management, problem solving, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning
