About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Regional Trust Real Estate Manager in servicing the client base
  • Assist with preparation of Regulation 9 real estate reviews
  • Assist with obtaining title insurance and appraisals
  • Participate in client sales and service calls as needed
  • Provide back-up support with client communication and problem solving
  • Foster positive professional and customer relationships
  • Ensure smooth transitions as clients move among service models
  • Work with the Administrative Service Group to process real estate-related bills
  • Maintain interfaces for trust and real estate accounting systems
  • Balance priorities while working with multiple managers
  • Assist with property inspections and meetings with third-party vendors
  • Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed portfolio of 130+ residential, commercial farmland and vacant land properties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or GED equivalent required
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Trust Real Estate Administrator or related experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong technical skills for system administration and support
  • Detail oriented and good problem solving skills
  • Understanding of company policies, procedures and operations
  • Effective customer relations
