About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as trusted advisor and team coordinator for Private Bank clients
- Help clients articulate and achieve wealth goals
- Build teams of specialists across wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services
- Prospect internal and external centers of influence to build a pipeline of new client opportunities
- Profile clients using the Life360 Discovery process and identify needs across investments, loans, deposits, insurance, estate planning, and wealth planning
- Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client and household relationships
- Execute consultative, advice-driven sales and personal business plans
- Coordinate delivery of Private Bank experience and client service standards
- Collaborate with customized specialist teams and clients’ third-party advisors
- Resolve client problems as the primary contact
- Provide information on investment products, trading strategies, and market dynamics
- Organize and conduct annual client reviews and quarterly updates
- Manage client relationship profitability and CRM records
- Implement recommendations delivered to clients
- Lead the 90-day client onboarding process
- Collaborate with team members and internal and external service providers
- Network internally and externally and participate in professional and community organizations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required
- Appropriate state life insurance and variable annuity licenses required
- CFP, CFA, or CPWA industry certification preferred and required within 24 months of start date (36 months for CFA)
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accepted for the industry certification requirement
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory and governmental changes affecting clients
- Strong interpersonal negotiation, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in branded presentations, materials and solutions
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or related systems
- S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) required at employment
