Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, People, and other Corporate functions
  • Partner directly with business leaders to define exceptional talent and turn talent needs into focused hiring strategies
  • Build proactive pipelines for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find talent
  • Bring market insight, data, and recruiting judgment to support hiring decisions
  • Protect Figure’s talent bar and exercise judgment on hiring decisions
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while keeping searches moving with urgency
  • Diagnose off-track searches and adjust recruiting approaches quickly
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
  • Use AI, automation, and recruiting technology to increase leverage
  • Share expertise, mentor others, and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting across Corporate functions such as Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, HR/People, or other specialized business teams
  • A strong track record of identifying and closing senior, specialized, and difficult-to-reach talent
  • Exceptional sourcing ability and a history of building strong pipelines proactively, not relying on inbound
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders, challenging assumptions when needed, and influencing hiring decisions
  • Strong talent judgment and an instinct for the difference between someone who can do the job and someone who will make your team stronger
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in the people you bring into an organization
  • A track record of solving problems, creating structure, and improving how teams hire
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data and market intelligence to inform decisions
  • Experience with modern recruiting technology, AI, automation, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
  • A bias for action and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Figure will not sponsor work visas for this position
