Requirements

What you’ll need

Track record of shipping production software across frontend, backend, data and infrastructure, with real depth in one area and practical competence in the rest
Hands-on experience with a server-side web framework, a modern JavaScript UI framework and a major cloud platform
Experience with or comparable skills to Laravel (PHP), Vue and React on AWS
Advanced AI-assisted engineering practice, including planning and breaking down work for agents, verification loops, parallel development, context management and grounding agents in a codebase
Personal projects or experiments demonstrating AI-assisted engineering practice
Sound judgement about where AI-generated code fails, with discipline to review and verify it
Security and compliance awareness suited to a regulated environment
Clear written and spoken communication, including across time zones
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
