About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further develop the broker used by hundreds of thousands of people to trade and build wealth
Take responsibility for an initiative or several work packages within a larger project, working closely with a Senior Product Manager
Develop features related to portfolios and savings
Improve trading and order flows
Develop new products, asset classes, and AI-powered features
Own initiatives from ideation through launch and continued development
Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and validate hypotheses before implementation
Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define scope, write user stories, maintain the backlog, and accept features
Set clear goals, measure impact after launch, and optimize based on data
Use AI in day-to-day work and contribute AI ideas for the product

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of product management experience in the capital markets sector
Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand what customers need when trading and investing
A structured, hands-on approach to getting things done, even when challenges arise
Eagerness to learn and grow into greater responsibility
Passion for trading and investing – this is essential
