About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the VP of Business Operations
Advance critical strategic initiatives
Manage the goal-setting process and monitor progress, identifying and addressing deviations with leadership
Contribute to strategic planning by defining OKRs
Conduct research and develop perspectives and recommendations for leadership decision-making
Ensure employees have access to timely, relevant information
Experiment, analyze, and develop recommendations for better business decisions
Plan and build content for company-wide All-hands and offsites
Partner with organizational leaders to drive adoption of the company-wide operating system
Create processes that improve knowledge sharing and remote-work practices
Develop expertise in Notion and improve it as the single source of truth
Support critical organizational needs across departments including Product, Engineering, GTM, People, and Finance

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years of experience in management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational prowess, proactiveness, and commitment to rigor
Strong stakeholder management skills and effective written and verbal communication with senior leadership
Basic knowledge of SaaS financial and operational metrics, including revenue, margins, and burn
Ability to read a financial report and form a view on business health
Analytical thinking and track record of using data to inform business decisions
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Curiosity and fluency with AI tools
Proficiency with macOS
Comfort working fully remotely with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Role location preference: US or Canada
Must be authorized to work from the home location
