About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and continuously improve the consolidated corporate model in Abacum, including three-statement P&L, cash, headcount planning, non-personnel spend, and SaaS metrics
Run the annual budget cycle and distribute monthly budget review decks using Abacum
Partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as a strategic counterpart, providing insights and reporting
Build board reporting packages
Own the SaaS metrics layer, including ARR bridge, gross and net revenue retention, cohort and expansion analysis, CAC payback, magic number, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, and sales capacity modeling
Lead procurement with the Tropic partner and manage usage and spend complexities of major vendor contracts
Manage the revenue commissions process from plan implementation through commission payment
Provide strategic analysis on operational questions such as pricing scenarios and segment profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10 years of progressive finance experience, with depth in modeling and forecasting
At least one stint at a startup or high-growth company
Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics
Problem-solving with business partners
Detail-oriented, accountable for quality and deadlines
Passion for efficiency through process, systems, and AI
Clean, auditable modeling and software logic
Comfort with SQL, a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau), or Claude
Comfortable working fully remotely
Proficiency with macOS, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, and FP&A tools
Strong written communication
Value-add Claude user
Strong preference for early-career investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development experience
Exposure to a fundraise, audit, or diligence process highly preferred
Systems implementation experience is a bonus
Must be authorized to work from their home location; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas
