About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the Legal team as a Full Legal Analyst
  • Serve as the focal point for reviewing and improving contracts
  • Address legal questions and provide guidance to internal teams
  • Analyze suppliers and support regulatory and compliance matters
  • Review contracts, amendments, terms and conditions, and other legal documents, particularly those involving financial institutions
  • Identify risks and assess critical clauses, obligations, liabilities, penalties, and termination conditions
  • Anticipate objections and propose adjustments to ensure contractual balance, legal certainty, and protection of the company’s interests
  • Propose contractual improvements, adjustments, and alternatives to mitigate risks
  • Act as a business partner to internal teams by providing clear, objective, and strategic legal support
  • Support internal and external audits, certifications, internal controls, and formal responses to legal matters
  • Contribute to action plans related to nonconformities
  • Support the processes for obtaining, maintaining, and renewing certifications
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities in internal processes and propose solutions aligned with the company’s objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Previous experience in Contract Law, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or technology companies
  • Knowledge of contract analysis, negotiation, and management
  • Experience assessing legal risks and validating suppliers
  • Confident, investigative, organized, and solution-oriented profile
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a consultative approach
  • Proactive, with the ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the company
  • Experience with financial institutions, payment methods, or fintechs is a plus
  • Experience with audit, vendor approval, and third-party management processes is a plus
  • Contract negotiation skills and experience interacting with business, compliance, risk, and operations teams are a plus
  • Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), data protection, and information security—especially in contracts involving the processing of personal data—is a plus
