Key responsibilities & impact

  • Develop communication plans for corporate projects, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support leaders in developing speeches, announcements, and presentations.
  • Create, implement, and monitor internal campaigns focused on culture, recognition, ESG, well-being, employee experience, and employer branding.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, commemorative activities, and recognition programs.
  • Develop initiatives to foster collaboration across departments and strengthen organizational values.
  • Contribute to strengthening the employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Serve as a guardian of the organizational culture and support change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and pride in being part of the organization.
  • Support employee engagement surveys, eNPS, and employee experience metrics.
  • Lead, develop, and oversee the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team.
  • Define departmental goals, priorities, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure technical quality, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote the team’s continuous development.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards, monitor metrics, and prepare executive analyses and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and use AI to improve communication productivity and personalization.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business units and maintain strong relationships with leaders and corporate departments.
  • Manage performance, conduct feedback sessions and individual development plans (IDPs), track goals, allocate assignments, and foster a healthy environment, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Corporate Communications, Marketing, People Management, or a related field is preferred.
