About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Implementation and Application Support team, assisting with the configuration, testing, and implementation of Finnet solutions for clients
- Work on the technical implementation of solutions with clients
- Participate in identifying and addressing product gaps, helping to identify requirements and potential adjustments
- Perform technical configurations for new EDI routines, taking client needs and defined scopes into account
- Configure the scripts, maps, and portals required to implement internal and external projects
- Execute tests using data sets in a pre-production environment, validating solution functionality before deployment to the client
- Identify and support the analysis of inconsistencies found during testing and implementation
- Monitor implementation activities, ensuring compliance with schedules established with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the resolution of technical issues related to implementations
- Support deployed solutions, contributing to the analysis and resolution of requests
- Keep project records and information up to date, contributing to implementation traceability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, Database Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL, including queries and data validation
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
- Logical reasoning and the ability to understand technical processes and workflows
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
- Good communication skills and ease in interacting with clients and internal teams
- Previous experience with implementation, application support, technical support, systems integration, or related areas is a plus
- Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus
- Familiarity with system integrations is a plus
- Knowledge of layouts and file formats used in integrations, such as CNAB, XML, CSV, TXT, or JSON, is a plus
- Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing is a plus
- Knowledge related to the financial, banking, or payments industry is a plus
