About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients’ technical implementation processes by coordinating the activities required to implement solutions
Participate in identifying and analyzing product gaps, contributing to the assessment of requirements and potential adjustments
Configure new EDI routines based on client and/or Sales team requirements, in accordance with the defined scope
Configure the scripts, maps, and portals required to implement and deliver internal and external projects
Run tests using data sets to validate configurations in a pre-production environment
Track and perform implementation activities according to schedules and deadlines agreed upon with clients
Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the various stages of projects
Visit and travel to client sites when necessary to support implementation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, XP, or similar frameworks
Previous experience with systems implementation, technology projects, or related areas is desirable
Availability for on-site client visits and travel, as required by project needs
Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus
Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple demands and work collaboratively
Strong focus on quality and meeting delivery deadlines
