About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act strategically in designing, implementing, and evolving Human and Organizational Development initiatives
  • Support culture transformation, leadership strengthening, talent management, and employee experience initiatives
  • Lead strategic HOD projects and act as a partner to leaders in people management decisions
  • Lead Performance Review, Continuous Feedback, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) cycles
  • Develop and monitor Talent Management, Succession, Career, and Leadership Development programs
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders on performance and organizational development
  • Conduct probationary period reviews, exit interviews, and turnover analyses
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze engagement, organizational climate, culture, and pulse surveys
  • Build, monitor, and interpret HR metrics, People Analytics, and organizational development indicators
  • Prepare executive dashboards and strategic presentations for leadership and senior management
  • Lead cultural transformation projects and programs to strengthen organizational culture
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning pathways
  • Structure and monitor leadership, internship, trainee, and internal development programs
  • Lead and enhance the onboarding and organizational integration journey
  • Contribute to Employee Experience and Employer Branding initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve HOD processes and implement actions aligned with business needs
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, trend analysis, and organizational diagnostics
  • Promote initiatives that strengthen a culture of feedback, continuous development, and high performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in Human and Organizational Development
  • Experience managing performance, career, succession, and leadership programs
  • Experience managing organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives
  • Experience working on organizational transformation and team development projects
  • Experience providing consultative support to managers and leaders
  • Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Management
  • Knowledge of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Knowledge of Nine Box and succession processes
  • Knowledge of engagement and organizational climate surveys
  • Knowledge of Leadership Development and Organizational Development programs
  • Knowledge of People Analytics
  • Advanced Excel
  • Advanced PowerPoint
  • Experience building and analyzing HR metrics
  • Experience with performance and development management tools
  • Experience with Qulture.Rocks, Learning.Rocks, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Data Analytics applied to HR
  • Certifications in Assessment, Coaching, Talent Management, or Leadership Development
  • Experience in technology companies, fintechs, or fast-growing environments
  • Experience with organizational culture and cultural transformation programs
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to people management
