About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead studies, analyses and projects related to the organization’s job and salary structures.
  • Prepare, review and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with responsibilities and the organizational structure.
  • Conduct job analyses, evaluations and classifications using market methodologies.
  • Develop and monitor salary structures, career paths and internal mobility policies.
  • Conduct salary and benefits surveys, analyzing market trends and practices.
  • Prepare salary placement studies for promotions, transfers, merit increases and organizational movements.
  • Support leaders and HR business partners in decision-making related to compensation and organizational structure.
  • Conduct internal equity and external competitiveness analyses, proposing improvements and adjustments when necessary.
  • Build metrics, dashboards and management reports to support people management.
  • Participate in organizational review, workforce sizing and organizational design projects.
  • Ensure compensation policies remain up to date and compliant with market practices and company guidelines.
  • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert on compensation topics, contributing to the development of the area’s best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and leadership, contributing to a competitive, sustainable compensation structure aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Compensation, Job Architecture and Salary Structures.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and market surveys.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience building salary structures, compensation policies and organizational studies.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to interpret metrics.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Experience in technology companies, fintechs or high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of People Analytics and BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with variable compensation and long-term incentive programs is a plus.
