About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy and family support
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, confidential, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Stay informed on current research and behavioral health best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- BCBA or BCaBA Certification
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and commitment to client-centered care
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR Certification (employer will help obtain certification if needed)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, and sitting on the floor
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability or willingness to relocate within reasonable commuting distance of the on-site location
