About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours per week
- Deliver NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings
- Coach parents and caregivers as genuine collaborators
- Design and lead parent training and support groups at the Hub
- Build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral partners
- Represent SenseSational in the community
- Help shape outward-facing marketing around parent partnership and family-centered care
- Gather parent feedback to improve the coaching approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Michigan state licensure
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
- Passion for family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Ability to build trust and rapport with families and outside organizations
- Comfort being a visible, relationship-driven presence in the community
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance of the on-site location or able to relocate
- Approximately 25 billable hours per week
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services is requested on the application
