About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours per week, providing NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings
- Design and refine clinical protocols, assessment tools, and program resources used company-wide
- Build training materials and structured pathways for BCBA and RBT clinical growth
- Mentor and supervise individuals pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials, including supervised fieldwork hours
- Partner with leadership to identify gaps in clinical resources and pilot solutions
- Stay current on NDBI research and translate it into practice-ready tools for the team
- Gradually take on role-specific development responsibilities over the first approximately six months
Requirements
What you’ll need- BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Michigan state licensure
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Track record or strong interest in building curricula, training systems, or protocols
- Genuine interest in mentoring newer clinicians and BCBA/BCaBA candidates
- Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
- Comfort managing clinical caseload work and development work in the same week
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to relocate to or live within reasonable commuting distance of the on-site location
- Part-time or full-time availability
