About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Michigan state licensure
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience or strong interest in group facilitation
  • Creativity around community-building and event-style programming
  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
  • Genuine enthusiasm for neurodiversity-affirming, peer-based social learning
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to relocate to or live within reasonable commuting distance of the on-site location
  • Availability to provide weekly work days/times
  • BCBA certification through the BACB or BCaBA certification
