About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own marketing across all partner channels
  • Agree on channel objectives and define marketing contributions
  • Analyze successful initiatives and scale them across additional partners and channels
  • Translate Sales and Business Development requirements into concrete marketing initiatives
  • Develop repeatable marketing processes with channel owners
  • Develop initiatives to activate tax advisors and accounting firms and convert them into paying customers
  • Segment existing contacts and develop audience-specific messaging
  • Develop referral mechanisms, campaigns, and materials for accounting firms
  • Support the acquisition and development of partners, affiliates, and resellers
  • Create partner enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, email templates, campaign kits, and training materials
  • Support the marketing side of strategic go-to-market processes
  • Plan and execute channel campaigns with Email, Paid Marketing, Content, Design, and Website teams
  • Develop and evaluate email sequences
  • Brief landing pages and content, and optimize conversion and user journeys
  • Prepare and follow up on webinars, workshops, and events
  • Test and optimize marketing approaches based on results
  • Build an end-to-end journey from partner or customer contact through to closing with Sales
  • Define handoff points between Marketing, partners, and Sales
  • Document campaigns, leads, and partner activities transparently in the CRM
  • Measure the contribution of channels and initiatives to qualified leads, closed deals, and revenue
  • Regularly report on relevant Marketing and Channel KPIs and derive next steps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in partner, channel, affiliate, or sales marketing
  • Experience independently managing marketing initiatives from conception through execution and evaluation
  • Ability to derive and implement concrete marketing initiatives from Sales and partner objectives
  • Experience with cross-channel campaigns and evaluating leads, conversion, and revenue
  • Proficiency in email marketing, particularly segmentation, email sequences, and performance analysis
  • Ability to create marketing materials for partners and Sales
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools, as well as data-driven evaluation of initiatives and channels
  • Independent, dependable, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent German skills, including confident negotiation and business communication
  • Strong English skills for collaboration with international partners
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, software, FinTech, or financial services
  • Preferred: Knowledge of tax advisory, bookkeeping, or accounting
  • Preferred: Experience with resellers, affiliates, referral programs, or white-label partnerships
  • Preferred: Experience in partner enablement
  • Preferred: Experience with landing pages, conversion optimization, or marketing automation
  • Preferred: Experience with webinars, events, or joint partner campaigns
