Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products quickly
  • Experience designing A/B tests, reading behavioral data, and acting on results
  • Familiarity with agent-facing surfaces including MCPs, CLIs, skills, APIs, and documentation
  • Active knowledge of emerging AI tools, models, and agent harnesses
  • Curiosity about how agents select tools, interpret capabilities, and interact with products
  • Ability to operate independently in an undefined space
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area or Greater Toronto Area before starting
