About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce Firecrawl events end to end, including venue, vendors, budget, timeline, run of show, guest-list logistics, day-of execution, and debrief
  • Run the monthly community series at the San Francisco headquarters
  • Produce private dinners and intimate gatherings for customers, prospects, and partners
  • Own Firecrawl’s conference and industry-event presence, including activation, travel, shipping, staffing, and attendee experience
  • Plan and run team offsites, including lodging, travel, meals, activities, and schedules
  • Manage merchandise and brand objects from concept handoff through production and fulfillment
  • Build event systems such as budgets, vendor lists, checklists, and timelines
  • Track attendance, cost per attendee, and follow-through to inform future event decisions
  • Report to the Chief of Staff and collaborate with the Deputy Chief of Staff
  • Travel for events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years producing events end to end, or a body of work that makes the case
  • Experience producing events ranging from 20-person dinners to 200-person gatherings
  • Ability to show the run of show, budget, and outcomes for produced events
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be currently based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before the start date
  • Ability to manage venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, run of show, guest-list logistics, and event-day execution
  • Strong vendor negotiation and budget-management skills
  • Ability to work quickly and leanly with phones, spreadsheets, trusted vendors, and AI tools
  • Ability to execute creative briefs with limited direction
  • Ability to travel for events
  • No specific educational credential is required; application states the company cares about the work, not where applicants went to school
