About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and ship developer-facing agent features from idea to production
  • Own the reliability and quality of agent behavior against a live, unpredictable web
  • Turn multi-step navigation, action reliability, failure recovery, and task completion problems into clean developer APIs
  • Work directly with the engineering team on roadmap decisions and tradeoffs
  • Dogfood the product and use GitHub issues and developer pain to guide development
  • Participate in an intro chat, technical chat, founder chat, and paid work trial during the interview process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years building and shipping developer-facing product
  • Experience building and shipping developer-facing products that people use
  • Care deeply about developer experience, including latency, output schema, and documentation
  • Ability to own ambiguous problems and turn them into shipped features
  • Fast iteration mindset: ship, measure, and iterate
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • US visa sponsorship is not available; Canadian sponsorship may be considered case-by-case through the Toronto Hub
  • Must be based in the Bay Area or Greater Toronto Area, or willing to relocate before the start date
  • Must work onsite 3+ days per week at SF HQ or the Toronto Hub
  • Application requires examples of shipped products, features, or APIs developers used
  • Paid work trial of approximately 40 hours
