About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and other materials using instructional design best practices
  • Regularly review, update, and enhance training content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Upload, maintain, and optimize training content in the LMS
  • Ensure an intuitive LMS user experience, accurate tracking of employee progress, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Partner with department leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, gather accurate content, and develop customized training solutions
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions covering leadership development, compliance, technical skills, professional skills, and workforce upskilling
  • Use interactive techniques to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention
  • Use assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure training impact and analyze results
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery
  • Research and apply current instructional design techniques, e-learning technologies, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Experience working with web development tools, authoring tools, e-learning technologies, and the Adobe Suite
  • Experience working with Articulate
  • Experience creating training programs and content
  • All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to visit regional offices, engage with remote employees, attend meetings, conferences, training, and other work-related events
