About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides support to the NCS Office by assisting with escrow-related processes and specific office language
  • Opens orders, inputs closing statements, obtains and verifies client information by phone and email
  • Inputs validated data into client-supplied applications to meet project specifications
  • Conducts follow-up calls and emails to ensure orders are processed within specified turnaround times
  • Attends project orientation and job-related or company-initiated training
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, including QMS, ISMS, EHS, and EMS
  • Ensures compliance with NCAPACs and other audit findings
  • Reports security incidents and identified security weaknesses
  • Coordinates projects and tracks complex customer requests
  • Searches title plant records and compiles chains of title
  • Uses research to create and maintain files, records, and reports
  • Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy
  • Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents, including endorsements
  • Examines tax and assessment reports and follows title practices for issuing title commitments, policies, endorsements, and guarantees
  • Reviews and determines proper authority of entity documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration)
  • Professional work experience of 1-6 years
  • Experience in US Mortgage and Title documents
  • Strong customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge and experience with FAST/ClarityFirst applications
