About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end quality engineering for enterprise applications
Architect and maintain scalable, AI-augmented automation frameworks for web and API testing
Build intelligent API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites with adaptive test coverage
Automate validation of OAuth2/JWT and Azure AD authentication flows within pipelines
Perform API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
Develop resilient UI automation with self-healing and AI-assisted selectors
Create database validation scripts and verify backend data integrity
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure release quality
Drive defect analytics, root cause insights, and coverage optimization using AI tools
Validate complex workflows, integrations, and multi-tenant systems at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 7 years of IT experience
Strong programming skills in Python or C# with automation-first design
Experience with Playwright and Selenium test frameworks
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for test development
API automation and security testing experience with REST and OAuth2/JWT
UI automation experience with Angular and Karma/Jasmine or modern equivalents
SQL Server and T-SQL validation experience
Test reporting and observability experience with Allure and telemetry-driven quality insights
Multi-tenant application testing experience
GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipeline integration experience
Familiarity with self-healing automation frameworks and AI-enabled tools
Mortgage domain knowledge is good to have
