About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor within stipulated turnaround times and quality standards
- Create color-coded maps for customers, Title Officers, and Examiners
- Perform basic assembly and imaging activities and collate information
- Follow state-specific procedures to comply with legal and contractual obligations
- Scan, name, extract, and repository-store title report documents
- Deliver maps and documents using customer-preferred delivery methods
- Identify documents required for post-production processing
- Collect, organize, and aggregate exception information, title report documents, maps, and related data from multiple sources
- Plot properties using DeedPlotter and identify coordinates accurately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 13 years of formal education – Graduate
- Professional work experience of 0 to 2 year
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Ability to create color-coded maps using specialized applications
- Ability to perform basic assembly and imaging activities
- Knowledge of state-specific procedures and legal and contractual obligations
- Knowledge of scanning processes and standard naming conventions
- Knowledge of different map types and state rules and regulations
- Ability to plot using DeedPlotter and accurately identify coordinates
- Ability to collect, organize, and aggregate data and exception information
- Ability to read and interpret geometrical data, rules and regulations, and different types of maps
- Familiarity with FAST, Eagle Pro, Eagle Search Product, ArcGIS/ICO Maps, and DeedPlotter
- Familiarity with Data Tree, Data Trace, RDRI, and Title Scan
- Ability to adhere to company policies and meet quality standards and turnaround times
