About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interface with customers as the first point of contact to resolve customer service calls, queries, and problems
  • Answer questions from internal and external customers and vendors regarding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Resolve shipping-related issues with business partners
  • Review employee expense reports and approve them for reimbursement
  • Create and analyze reports and make recommendations to management based on findings
  • Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and updating documentation
  • Assist with training on business process changes
  • Participate in teams focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with business partners in the Finance Service Center

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically requires 2–4 years of analytical or related business experience
  • Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective analytical, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to identify and research problems and resolve them with appropriate solutions
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
  • General knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur and/or Service First preferred
