Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise daily activities of team members handling incoming client calls and service requests
Provide leadership, coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee development support
Assist with scheduling, performance management, and wage and hour compliance
Participate in workforce planning, goal setting, and operational improvement initiatives
Process client transaction requests via phone, fax, email, or mail
Assist with special projects
Support employee engagement initiatives and communicate compensation or organizational updates
Interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations
Prepare and deliver operational updates, performance metrics, and status reports to leadership
Perform other duties and special assignments supporting business objectives

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3–5 years of directly related experience in a banking services environment
2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
Success managing day-to-day operational responsibilities while contributing to projects
Ability to implement, monitor, and enforce compliance, accuracy, and quality processes
Developing leadership skills to guide, support, and influence team members
Accurate and reliable information delivery
Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
