About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise day-to-day operational activities of title production employees working on national transactions
Delegate tasks, manage workflow and make recommendations for staffing needs
Interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations with management consultation
Write and conduct performance reviews
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching
Manage disciplinary actions
Implement processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity
Assist with personnel management and goal setting
Provide regular status updates and reports to manager
Partner with Production, Title/Underwriting, Escrow and Post Closing teams to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals and timelines are met
Provide underwriting support to clear title, assist escrow and focus on customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of directly related experience
2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
National title and escrow experience
Successful track record of executing day-to-day operational responsibilities
Experience participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertise
Ability to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the departmental level
