About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently oversee multiple medium to large-scale complex projects
  • Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports
  • Identify resources and coordinate schedules for timely project completion
  • Create project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, schedules, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups
  • Conduct risk monitoring and controls throughout projects
  • Work with end users, business technologies, and stakeholders to prioritize business goals and information needs
  • Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts
  • Prepare project status reports and keep teams, management, and clients informed
  • Coordinate and report on projects for mortgage servicing transfers and technology-related initiatives
  • Perform duties outside normal work hours based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-7 years of directly related experience
  • Mortgage servicing knowledge preferred
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies
  • Experience with project management methodologies and techniques
  • Experience with applicable business processes in a business and/or technology environment
  • Experience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects
  • Experience with risk management
  • Experience with managing multiple projects or large projects
  • Experience with managing project plans and budgets
  • Experience with facilitating meetings
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of communication, statusing, and project management tools
  • Successful completion of a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law
