About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently oversee multiple medium to large-scale complex projects
Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports
Identify appropriate resources and coordinate schedules for timely project completion
Create project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, schedules, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation
Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups
Monitor and control project risks to achieve expected outcomes on time and on budget
Work with end users, business technologies, and other stakeholders to prioritize business goals and information needs
Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts
Prepare project status reports and inform teams, management, and clients of project status and issues
Perform duties outside normal work hours based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-7 years of directly related experience
Mortgage servicing knowledge preferred
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred
Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies
Experience with project management methodologies and techniques
Experience with applicable business processes in a business and/or technology environment
Experience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects
Experience with risk management
Experience with managing multiple projects or large projects
Experience with managing project plans and budgets
Experience with facilitating meetings
Good verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation
Knowledge of communication, statusing, and Project Management tools
Successful completion of a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law
