About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and retain a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys and others
  • Acquire new business and maintain existing customers to attain maximum sales volume
  • Build client relationships and secure new orders from new customers
  • Maintain and expand business with the existing client base
  • Compile prospective customer lists and develop and execute call plans
  • Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement plans to meet those needs
  • Attend real estate industry functions and community and real estate events
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence
  • Create, adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups and target customers
  • Interact daily with Operations, Marketing and Escrow branches
  • Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner
  • Work independently while setting priorities and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • 2–5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions
  • Understanding of market and competition
