About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of events, partnership initiatives, and business development activities under the Acquisition team
  • Coordinate end-to-end event operations, including planning, permits, suppliers, ingress, booth setup, onsite logistics, and egress
  • Work with booth contractors, printers, logistics providers, and other event vendors
  • Prepare and monitor event materials, flyers, collaterals, equipment, and other requirements
  • Support booth setup and dismantling and assist with event logistics
  • Document events through photos, videos, attendance records, and post-event reporting
  • Represent First Circle at events by engaging attendees, distributing collaterals, and explaining foundational product information
  • Track, verify, organize, tag, and assign event-generated leads, including duplicate checks
  • Measure key performance metrics and prepare event activity reports
  • Collaborate with Acquisition, Finance, Marketing, event organizers, business associations, suppliers, and partners
  • Research prospective events, sponsorship packages, audience profiles, event costs, schedules, and participation requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in events, partnerships, business development, sales, marketing, account coordination, or a related field is an advantage
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and basic formulas
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with business owners, partners, organizers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging people and explaining First Circle’s products and services during events
  • Resourceful and able to respond quickly when plans or event requirements change
  • Comfortable doing both desk-based coordination and hands-on event work
  • Willing and physically able to assist with event materials, booth setup, and other reasonable logistical requirements
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
  • Willing to travel outside Metro Manila when required
  • Ability to drive and a valid driver’s license are an advantage
  • Role may require early morning ingress, evening egress, weekend activities, provincial travel, or overnight stays
