About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of the Cards product from concept to launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-8 years of experience in a highly analytical, problem-solving fintech product role
  • Previous experience with Cards products is nice to have
  • Experience working within a fast-growing business, ideally a fintech company
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems and build structured solutions
  • Experience working on fintech-related products and demonstrating successful outcomes
  • Highly outcome-driven, focused on delivering impact rather than just managing processes
  • Extreme ownership mindset and responsibility for success
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments
