About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new clients to deepen client relationships
- Book business directly and refer clients to internal partners including Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management
- Open and maintain accounts
- Run a Teller drawer as needed by management
- Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow-up
- Partner with internal constituencies to provide appropriate service or solution expertise
- Maintain operational and risk management standards
- Assist clients with transactions in the branch, drive-thru, by phone, and email
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures
- Execute retail strategies and objectives to attract, retain, and grow client relationships
- Function as clients' trusted advisor using the First Client Conversation Model
- Participate in site center huddles and meetings supporting sales and service activities
- Meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals
- Provide digital assistance with the bank's online offerings
- Stay informed about bank products, processes, and procedures
- Travel between banking centers as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-4 years of client service experience in a retail environment
- 3-4 years of sales and service experience with previous success achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong bank product knowledge
- Solid sales skills
- Ability to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Daily travel shall not exceed 60 miles per day
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
- Frequently sits, stands, walks and drives
