About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the second-level escalation point for cloud and infrastructure-related issues from the US service desk
Own the full lifecycle of private cloud environments built on Nutanix AHV
Provision, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain private cloud infrastructure for the US team
Manage and maintain Juniper Networks infrastructure
Support Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud workloads
Drive improvements across monitoring, automation, and documentation
Participate in shift handovers with the Australian team
Work a night shift aligned to US business hours, approximately 11pm–8am PHT, with weekends off

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years in private cloud infrastructure, with exposure to multi-client or complex environments
Hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV or comparable hyperconverged infrastructure; VMware experience considered with willingness to cross-train to Nutanix
Enterprise networking skills, specifically Juniper Networks (Junos OS) or a comparable platform
Microsoft Azure or AWS experience, ideally in a hybrid-cloud context
Scripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Clear, confident English, written and verbal
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) preferred
Juniper JNCIA or JNCIS preferred
Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or AWS Solutions Architect preferred
Experience working with US-based teams in a support or managed services context nice to have
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise nice to have
Previous experience working night shifts or cross-timezone roles nice to have
