About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create accurate telecommunications quotations, research solutions, complete service qualifications and prepare competitive quotes using Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
Support Technical Account Managers in finding telecommunications products and services for customers.
Research suppliers, compare pricing and negotiate commercially sensible outcomes.
Manage procurement end to end, including supplier selection, purchase orders, stock availability, delivery timelines and invoicing accuracy.
Coordinate telecommunications provisioning, order new services, track installations and keep projects moving.
Keep suppliers, customers and internal teams informed about delivery and provisioning updates.
Maintain accurate records, update ConnectWise Manage tickets, track backorders and prevent administrative oversights.
Build supplier relationships and monitor new products, pricing changes, market developments and purchasing opportunities.
Identify process improvements, reduce complexity and improve customer and colleague workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sales support, procurement, purchasing, order management or telecommunications administration.
Understanding of telecommunications products and services, or experience working with technology suppliers and vendors.
Strong attention to detail when preparing quotations, processing orders and checking invoices.
Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, including pricing comparisons and quotation preparation.
Experience with ConnectWise Sell or ConnectWise Manage is desirable but not essential.
Good commercial awareness, including pricing, margins, supplier costs and negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
Proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence following up with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
