About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve tickets across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange
- Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks
- Support Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS cloud platforms
- Participate in project deployments
- Split time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work
- Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain client environments
- Travel to client sites as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, primarily Azure AD with some on-premises experience
- End-user support expertise
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms
- Experience across desktops, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and networks
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Valid New Zealand driver's licence or legal ability to drive in New Zealand
- Own vehicle required for onsite missions
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and genuine interest in problem-solving
