About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel for Treasury products, including Online Banking, ACH/Wires, Merchant Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and other Treasury services
  • Resolve all aspects of customer support related to Treasury Management products completely and accurately
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding ACH Origination, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit processing
  • Handle internal and external customer service calls and messages through various communication channels
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, training, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Support development and implementation of new Treasury products, processes, and procedures
  • Assist with special projects, system upgrades, and conversions
  • Collaborate with Treasury personnel and branch teams regarding Treasury products and transaction processing
  • Contribute to a strong team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Ability to deliver exemplary customer service in a professional environment
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong financial acumen and sound judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities
  • Understanding of business and financial fundamentals
